For the 2nd year the event will be showcasing many of the finest Italian cars available. The event hosts Dennis and Peggy Gilligan promise an enjoyable summer afternoon on the banks of Rock Creek in Pasadena, Maryland. New and vintage Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and Judge John North has been kind enough to lend us for the day his very rare Alfa Romeo 8c2300..
The event is being presented again in 2010 by Craftsmen Developers whose mission is to acquire, develop and sell residential and commercial real estate in an environmentally responsible way. This event is also supported by Mid-Atlantic Region Ferrari Club of America.
“We are very excited that Peggy and Dennis Gilligan of Craftsmen Developers and the Mid-Atlantic Region Club members are once again hosting this unique and fun event to benefit those in our community who are living with and affected by advanced illness” said Michael McHale, President and CEO of Hospice of the Chesapeake.
Registration for this year is $55 which includes entrance into the car show, food, drink and live music by Karen Collins and her honky-tonk band, The Backroads Band. Tickets are fully tax-deductible. A racing simulator will also be on site courtesy of Velocity Terminals as well as additional vendors. No additional cost for showcasing cars but registration is requested.
Proceeds from the event will be used to support programs and services offered by Hospice of the Chesapeake in both Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties.
